Is it stress or anxiety?
It's normal to feel stressed out sometimes. Life is full of challenges and stressful events! However, sometimes the line between stress and anxiety can get blurry. The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) has a great fact sheet on differentiating stress and anxiety, go check it out!
How to manage stress?
There is no "correct way" - stress management and coping mechanisms are extremely individualized. That being said, there are a handful of tools that can help with stress , like meditation and practicing mindfulness
